The Full Moon Beer Cocktail with Chang Beer


  • 100 ml Chang Beer
  • 25 ml Mekong Whisky
  • 25 ml lime Juice
  • 15 ml grenadine
  • 50 ml pineapple juice


  • Build into a bucket over cubed ice. Add more Chang if your bucket is too big!
  • Garnish: Orange wheel, mint and cherries
  • Note: I made this in a big jug and served it in tall glasses. Great with a barbecue or a spicy Thai or Malaysian meal.
