Porkilicious Mac Factory Pop Up at Earlham Street Clubhouse

The guys at the Mac Factory are delivering the most porkilicious gourmet Mac and Cheese with their Mac and Cheese Burger. It is a towering assembly of a Mac and Cheese deep fried patty, topped with slow cooked pulled pork and a home made pancetta mayo (which is worth the visit all by itself). Very comforting and quite delicious.

I have never paid much attention to Mac n Cheese before and now it seems to be served everywhere I turn. Am thrilled to say that after tasting this 3 cheese concoction, I am a convert to gourmet Mac n Cheese. I am going to have to try this at home.

Not to be missed is the Southern Fried Chicken Mac and Cheese. This is a winning combination of 2 American favourites and it is really well done. Crispy chicken, full flavoured Mac and Cheese, totally addictive.

The guys behind the bar at the Earlham Street Clubhouse have devised a sneaky special cocktails menu  to accompany these food offerings too. Be careful as they are pretty lethal.
