The Colours of Dubai in Pictures #MyDubai
This collection of images is from my most recent trip to Dubai for the Dubai Food Festival. Beside a gastronomy tour, we did and saw a lot of interesting things and I gained an insight into a different world of Dubai.
My previous visits were spent with expat friends where we hung around in their golf clubs, yacht clubs, private house boats and ate mainly at hotels. This trip we went across the Dubai Creek to see some local colour and went into the desert for an adventure.
Don’t be fooled into thinking that Dubai is all just shopping malls and high rise buildings. Look closer and there is a very colourful world there. There is so much more to see and I will plan that into my next trip.
