Using the Ninja Creami Deluxe machine to make sorbets is a simple and effortless 2-step process. If you want to make delicious vegan, dairy-free or high-protein frozen desserts using alternative milks and ingredients, this machine makes it possible.
I am so enjoying my new kitchen toy, the Ninja Creami Deluxe. With 11 one-touch functions, it is so easy to use and so easy to get creative with recipes.

Besides sorbets like this peach sorbet recipe, you can make any fruit sorbet with just canned fruit or fresh fruit. A great way to use those wonky fruits in season to get the best flavour sorbets.
To make a delicious mango sorbet, you can use a can of Kesar or Alphonso mango puree from an Asian supermarket. The flavours in the cans are better and more intense than out-of-season mangoes.
I confess, I love canned peaches so a peach sorbet would be delicious. Before this machine, I would not have had the ability to make this sorbet.

How to make fat free sorbet with the Ninja Creami Deluxe
Using the Ninja Creami Deluxe, it is super simple to make. Just freeze the fruit and after 24 hours, Creamify with this machine. (You can watch my video here).

This recipe makes about 1 pint of ice cream or sorbet. Using 2 tubs at once, you can make enough for a summer dinner party.
Serve the sorbet as a dessert or as a pre-dessert palate cleanser like in those fancy fine dining restaurants. Serve this in a small decorative espresso cup or a pretty shot glass for an added touch of class. But at home, just fill a bowl and indulge.
You can take the next step but turning this sorbet into a frozen fruit slushi or a smoothie bowl. Just select the slushi function on the dial for slushies or choose the “frozen drink” function for a lighter texture, perfect for a smoothie bowl.

Citrus flavours like lemon, lime or yuzu sorbet are probably the best flavours for palate cleansers. You could make some more sophisticated gourmet flavours like lime and basil, blood orange and campari, grapefruit and basil, Lemon & Thyme, Yuzu & Honey, Tangerine & Ginger, Lime & Coconut or Orange Blossom & Bergamot.

Simple Vegan Peach Sorbet with a Ninja Creami Deluxe
Ingredients
- 1 can up to 600g peaches in juice
Instructions
- Pour peaches into an empty tub up to the MAX FILL line. Close with the lid and freeze for 24 hours.
- Remove the frozen tub from the freezer and remove lid from tub. Leave it for 10 minutes at room temperature or it will trigger an error message. (Other people don’t seem to trigger this error).
- Place pint in outer bowl, install Creamerizer™Paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl.
- Place the bowl and tub into the machine and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.
- Turn the know to select SORBET. The machine will show howmnay minutes it will take to complete that function.
- When processing is complete, remove sorbet from pint and serve immediately. If it looks too powdery, you can run it again with the re-spin function which then churns the sorbet again.
- I found that this step makes it extra smooth.
