Royal Wedding Cakes at Let Them Eat Cake

Royal Wedding Fever is taking hold. Tate and Lyle is hosting Let Them Eat Cake Exhibition of Royal Wedding Cakes this weekend at the Wellington Arch. It showcases some beautiful cake designs by professionals and winners of their Facebook compeition.

Royal Icing Sculptures

This cake was had very intricate work done in royal icing and inserted in the panels were digital images of old Royal Weddings that was printed on thin sugar paste with edible ink. This method is used a lot on cake and chocolate decorations now.
