Highlights of this year’s Speciality and Find Food Show in Olympia. There wasn’t a noticable new food trend like in previous years where there was an abundance of new coconut water companies, etc. Here are my top discoveries.

This short video has a selection of the new products I came across on the day.

My favourite products are these Salted Egg flavoured snacks by Irvins. Don’t diss the crispy fish skin till you’ve tried it.
